MY Premier Plans for Employers

Why is it good for an employer to implement My Premier plans into their business?

MY Premier Plans is designed to help lower healthcare costs, improve employee well-being, and boost productivity by offering:

Design features

1.   Affordable, predictable healthcare - no insurance markups or unpredictable claims.

2.  Healthier employees - with faster access to care, absenteeism and sick days are reduced.

3.  Improved recruitment and retention - employees value high-quality, accessible healthcare.

4.  Fewer Er and urgent care visits - thanks to same-day access and 24/7 communication.

5.  Stronger company culture - investing in employee health shows your employees you care about them.

Cut Costs, Not Care.

"Major medical insurance was designed for emergencies, not everyday needs. That’s where My Premier Plans steps in — with unlimited primary care and no out-of-pocket surprises."

Healthcare costs are rising fast - and traditional insurance isn’t cutting it.

MY Premier Plans is a smarter solution: a nation wide Direct Primary Care membership that handles everyday, chronic, and urgent care outside your insurance plan, reducing claims and saving your business money.
